Location was good and we were able to walk to Centro easily. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our dinner at the bar one evening was pleasant and food was good. When we complained on our first night about the pounding music above our room, we were immediately told that there is a dance going on and it would go late into the night. The receptionist or manager immediately suggested we changed rooms from 10th to 7th floor and gave us one that was a double bed and had a lovely city view. In addition, they provided us with complimentary chocolates the next afternoon for the inconvenience that caused us as it was almost midnight when we proceeded to change rooms. Well done to them.

The location, situated in a vibrant area with geat access to most touristic attractions, it could not have been better suited for our needs. We found it to be both convenient and picturesque, adding to the overall charm of our visit. Moreover, every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist us with any request truly enhanced our stay. Javier and Mickey left a lasting impression on us with their outstanding service and genuine hospitality. Their attentiveness and warmth made our experience truly memorable. In summary, the setting is absolutely fantastic, combining excellent service with an ideal location to create an unforgettable experience!

the location is perfect for being close to almost everything. the service is top notch. the ambient is very nice.

Very central location made is easy to access local bars and restaurants as well as the historic sites. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly squeezed orange juice on tap and a great selection of hot and cold items to choose from. Our room was lovely. It was on the 9th floor so the views over the city were spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. The bed was super comfy and we both slept very well throughout for 5 night stay.

Staff were very pleasant and were knowledgeable when asked for directions. We did find the temperature of the hot water in our shower to be too cold on some occasions. We left the hotel on Sunday 23 04 23. It only became known to us that the Madrid marathon was being held that day and there was no way to have a taxi take us to the airport. There was no route for taxi's to leave the city. We had a twenty minute walk to the station with our suitcases. Holding the marathon the day we were leaving was not within the control of the hotel. However they perhaps could have made us aware of event in advance especially since they were aware we arrived by taxi.
